Installation walkthrough
- Download the APK (Android) or visit our site (iOS). Android users tap the APK link above; the file arrives in your Downloads folder. iOS users open Safari or Chrome, go to our domain, and bookmark the page.
- Install or save to home screen. Android: tap the downloaded file, enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings if prompted, and complete installation. iOS: tap Share → Add to Home Screen and name the shortcut.
- Open kuiz and register or log in. New users create an account with email, username, and password. Existing members sign in with credentials. Two-factor authentication (if enabled) requires a code from your email.
- Add a payment method and verify your account. Link DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or a bank account; upload your ID (KTP) and proof of address. Verification completes within one business day. Your first deposit then processes instantly.
Native app vs. browser experience
We at kuiz optimize both channels equally—neither is "better," but each suits different habits. Native Android APK runs without a browser tab, uses less data, and stores offline-readable snapshots of live scores and odds. Push notifications fire immediately when a goal is scored or a settlement clears. File size is modest, and startup time is sub-second. iOS users typically use the browser because Apple's App Store review process is lengthy; the responsive site performs identically—fast, touch-optimized, and full-featured. Web-app users on any device get offline support through our service worker: markets, account balance, and recent bet history load even if your signal drops. Choose APK for speed and notifications; choose browser for simplicity and cross-device sync; choose web app for reliability in weak networks.
Device requirements
Android 7.0 or later; iOS 12.0 or later; modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). We support phones and tablets. Desktop browsers work fully but are not optimized for touch.
Device and network compatibility
Our platform runs on Android 7.0 and later, iOS 12.0 and later, and all modern browsers. Phones manufactured after 2015 are typically supported. Tablets connect identically. Bandwidth requirements are low—our app streams game information over 2G (though 3G+ is recommended for video-heavy games). If you experience lag or timeouts, check your signal strength or switch to a different network. WiFi typically offers the smoothest experience. Older devices with limited RAM may cache fewer historical bets, but core functions—deposit, withdrawal, market access, live betting—run reliably.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
"Unknown Sources" warning on Android: Go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then select your browser (or file manager). Toggle the permission on and retry the download. This is a security check; kuiz's APK is signed and verified.
APK does not appear in Downloads: Check that your browser's download folder is enabled and has storage space. Alternatively, use a file manager to navigate to Android/data and locate the file manually. If the link fails, restart your browser and try again.
iOS won't add app to home screen: Confirm you are in Safari (not another browser), tap the Share icon (up arrow), scroll to Add to Home Screen, and name the shortcut. Tap Add. If you see only "Open" and no Share option, close Safari, clear cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data), and retry.
Login fails with "certificate error": This is rare but can occur if your device clock is significantly off. Check Settings → Date & Time and ensure auto-set is enabled. If the issue persists, restart your device and clear your browser cache. Contact our support team if the error recurs.
Data, permissions, and account security
We at kuiz request only the permissions necessary to run your account: camera (for ID verification photo), storage (to save offline data), and network (for live updates). We do not access your contacts, photos, or location. Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text. Sensitive data—payment methods, account balance, bet history—is encrypted in transit and at rest. When you register, we verify your identity with government-issued ID and proof of address. Two-factor authentication is optional but recommended: enable it in Account Settings to require an email code each time you log in from a new device. Your withdrawal address is verified once and locked to prevent unauthorized transfers. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing; data is retained only as long as your account is active plus the period required by law.
